Regarding Team Composition:
Tregs & Co is a small team all using multidisciplinary workflows in order to cover all areas in our project. Currently our team consists of:

Andy Aksu (Character Art) - Concept, Character, Environment, Audio

Fraser Davies (Environment Art) - Design, Environment, Programming

Sonny Christensen-Sjomaeling (Design) - Design, Programming

Harry Hodgkinson (Design) - Level Design, Integration, Programming

TEAM MEMBER REQUIRED!
As comfortable we are as a small T-Shaped team, another Multidisciplinary developer with strong Programming ability would be appreciated. We are deeply passionate about this project and we all share the workload. For this reason, we ask for those to apply to be aware that you will be expected to be T-Shaped, and therefore have a greater amount of work to do. Please do not apply otherwise.

cool concept and nice work on what's been done so far, might consider voting this one. What other disciplines would you ideally like to expect from the extra programmer? I'm a programmer myself and can also do Audio, UI and design stuff, though im not much of an artist or animator

Sorry for the late reply, just seen this. Our team workflow currently is very quick-scrum based. As a programmer for the team you'd be expected to also fill the role of a designer / unity generalist. Art is largely covered but we all work very closely alongside one another to cover our sprints each week.
